Sir mujhe nahne ke baad bht jiyada itching hoti hai jis se mujhe bht jiyada prblm hoti hai iss liye main nahane se b darta hu aur mujhe bht jiyada gussa ata hai that time plzzz mujhe suggest kare main kya karu aur kya na karu plzz suggest me effective medicine. Thanks.

Hello Dear. I will try my best to solve your issue. From what you have stated it seem you have URTICARIA. In this condition one usually experience intense itching (some with Cold water bath, some with particular food item, some with sun exposure etc) If you are bathing with too cold or too warm water then I suggest you to take bath with just normal luke warm water. And after bathing apply coconut oil on whole body if you have dry skin because drying of skin also cause itching. Have plenty of water for proper hydration. For medicine you need to consult me because I need to ask some particular questions related to it. Hope it helped.
