During pregnancy minor gingivitis occurs which gets ok after delivery it's due to hormonal changes if it's more you m consult a dentist n get scaling polishing done than massage gums n brush twice daily especially at night.

The bleeding gums can be because of the pregnancy gingivitis secondary to hormonal changes and deposits over the teeth. Nothing to be panic, you can get the teeth cleaned by consulting a dentist. You need to do saline gargling.

This kind of problem is common during pregnancy. Kindly do not take any medicine without supervision of your gyenacologist. You can use 'Mouthwash" for 1 month. Morning and evening. And after pregnancy your teeth and gums has to be checked clinically by a dentist.

plz get ur teeth cleaned and then ur problem will be solved. ur condition is called pregnancy gingivitis. usually dental procedures are avoided in 1st and 3rd trimester of pregnancy, but in ur case, cleaning can be done as an emergency dental procedure
