My weight during pregnancy was 80 kg. After delivery it reduced by 10 kg. I am doing exercise for the last 2months and my delivery was 4.5 months back. My weight now is 69. Is this normal weight reduction? My height is 5 feet 1 inch. How to reduce weight drastically. I don't breastfeed because of some reason and cannot do it even.

People don’t realize that just like weight gain did not happen overnight; weight loss also cannot be expected with a blink of an eye.
