I suffer from lot of sneezing. It starts any time of the day but mostly in the morning hours when I am at home. Whenever I am out sides, no sneezing. I do not take any medicine for this. It stops on its own. As far I can think, it is allergy, when in room. Kindly suggest any Ayurvedic medicine.
