Hello. As per aerobic concerned. Sort out moves that may damage your joint cartilages. Sound - Shows some muscle weakness which causes narrowing of joint space. Follow - *Regular exercises specially strengthening of knee and back muscles. *Proper diet. *Have calcium and vitamin D supplements. You will find some helpful post. Regards!
