After tests my bilirubin levels were 1.4%, at what level the jaundice is? What foods I have to take and avoid, im in little nervous about this, please tell me, can I eat non veg.

Normal values of total bilirubin are from 0.3 to 1.0 mg/dL. Your level is only slightly more and is not jaundiced unless you have other symptoms also. YOur description is incomplete and you have to monitor and also some more tests. Ther is n restriction on food though people say many things about food, ther is no scientific evidence.
