Hello According to Ayurveda to increase the amount of mamsa (muscles) eat mamsa (chicken, mutton). Muscles are mainly madeup of proteins and to grow them need to eat protein rich diets. If you are vegetarian the you can eat the substitute of non-veg like beans, rajama, pulses etc. You needs carbohydrates also so eat at least 3 babanas with milk daily.
