Constipation and acidity also leads to mouth ulcers you can change your food habits to more fibrous food also increase intake of water you can take antacids to relieve acidity.

Hi Lybrate-user, There are many causes of mouth ulcers which may be - -stress in the body -excess heat - a sharp tooth edge causing injury leading to ulcer -nutritional problems, such as vitamin b 12 deficiency - iron & or folic acid deficiency Treatment remedies for mouth ulcers :- -drink 2-3 liters water per day - avoid hot & spicy foods - take good nutritional foods -reduce stress by stress relieving activities of your choice -you can take b -complex capsules (e. G. Becosules capsule) once in a day for 1 week for faster recovery -apply mouth ulcer gel (e.g. ANABEL -CT / DENTOGEL / DOLOGEL) over affected area It is always advisible to consult a dentist or physician and getting root cause of ulcer checked before jumping to any treatment remedies.

Oral ulcers occurs due to multiple reason ,may be due to nutritional deficiency, stress or any ill-fitting dental prosthetic ,or during orthodontic treatment, you have to take cap. Becasoule for 10 days o.d.

Avoid spicy food or non veg. Go for green leafy vegetables and fruits. Reduce your stress level.
