Geographic tongue and fissured tongue are two different conditions of tongue, but both of them are almost asymptomatic. So, there is no pain or discomfort in these conditions. If you are having any discomfort please visit a Dentist for some topical ointments or gels. But the conditions are asymptomatic. No need to worry.

Gum problem needs scaling, that is cleaning of gums and teeth with scaler. If the x-ray shows filling to be fine and no periapical pathology, there is no need of RCT.
So go for scaling, she, the dentist must have advised you for scaling.

So go for the treatment by your pocket. Implants sounds good but needs skilled team.

It may be due to gastric problems.

I repeat go for scaling and root planing. Your gums will bleed too much during scaling but do not panic and much your gums bleed better results you get afterwards. Soon after scaling you will have healthy gums and no bleeding within a week.
Use thermokind f tooth paste after scaling.

There is no medicine to stop decay but it can be minimized by following the directions given by the dentist.
