I am 26 years old. I am almost fit and healthy Just a bit of tummy where I hv fat that's like 3 inches. I need a Proper diet plan if You can tell me .I do basic workouts not so much though I am about to join a gym as well. But I am so confused about diets for all the three times in the day thanks.

Hi Vaibhav Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. u can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner
