We had unprotected sex on 27 December evening. But got periods on 28 December noon. Is there any chance of getting pregnant? Should I need to take any contraceptive pill to avoid pregnancy?

Hi lybrate-user there are no chances of pregnancy because you had sex in safe period. Don't have emergency pill as it contains lot of hormones and may lead to hormonal imbalance in your body. A week before and a week after is considered safe time zone for sex. I would suggest you that condom is still better to be used to avoid pregnancy ans sexually transmitted diseases as well.
