Is it pain or sensitivity? if its pain, then you may need filling or rct. If its hypersensitivity to cold water then it can be due to calculus deposits on teeth which can be eliminated by complete scaling (cleaning) of teeth by a dentist. If pain persists for 10 seconds after drinking cold water then you may need rct of the concerned tooth. For proper diagnosis x ray of teeth is necessary. For time being you can brush your teeth with sensodent-k toothpaste. Apply toothpaste on sensitive teeth atleast 2 minutes before brushing.
