Which time Sun is the best time to get vitamin D. Some say afternoon sun also gives us vitamin d in 1-2 min exposure. Wat time and how much time exposure is good to get vitamin d?

Hello, morning sun rays are best for vitamin D. You can go for walk in morning around 8: 30 - 9: 30 am that the best time. Afternoon sun rays contains harmful rays so kindly avoid deliberate exposure to it. You can go out in afternoon that's not for vitamin D. You can go for 15 - 20 mins in morning.
