Hi Doc, I am 30 years old guy. My hair started getting white from the age of 24 years and it is looks very abnormal to me. Now my 80% hair are white and I am not getting any way to stop it. I always cut my hair but it again grows with white color Could you please advise me some medicine/food or any way to reverse its color with 100% result. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user, Thanks for writing in. Greying of hair is also called as Canities. It can be hereditary or due to nutritional deficiency. With proper evaluation of your hair ,scalp and nutritional status effective medicine can be suggested to you.
