Hello doctor. I am 18 year old boy having weight 55 kg and height 5 feet 8 inch. I'm too thin please suggest me about how can I be fit? I don't have any sickness no allergy no bad habits. Whenever I think of my body I feel not much confidence due to my weak body. Please help me gaining a good health.
