Crash dieting will also deteroiate milk production. You will have to provide nourishment to your body to lose weight. Refrain excess of junk, fried and oily stuff. Eliminate excess of tea and coffeee consumption from the diet. Walk for atleast 40 mins everyday. Drink lots of fluids and take rest. Sleep for atleast 7 hours in the diet.
