What are the ways to take raw ginger, turmeric and garlic as protective measures not as medicine. If I take 5 g of raw ginger, turmeric and garlic everyday in empty stomach will be scientific? If not please suggest me the right way.

Hello. Its really good to have these things in your scshduel in this weather but 5 gm will be too pinch, taking a pinch of ginger or 1 clove garlic is enough to meet up the requirement. You can take its a ginger, turmeric tea & can use garlic in dishes.

Take turmeric with food as salad Take ginger+water. Boil it and drink it 1 hour before lunch or dinner Take Garlic 2 small pcs of it and swallow with hot water at morning empty stomach.
