I am suffering from of my weakness and also some thin. I take proper diet but I have not any improvement.

Dear lybrate-user, As per your height, your weight shall certainly be higher than it currently is. Also, you have not listed diet in detail such as, what is being included that you're considering proper diet. I hope you're consuming foods from all food groups that includes carbohydrates/proteins/fats/vitamins and minerals. Not sure if you're vegetarian or non vegetarian. Please try to eat good amount of protein in your body for strengthening your muscles and overcome the weakness. Eggs are very good source of protein and you shall have eggs everyday as their Net protein utilization is very good by the body. Other good sources of proteins are meat, fish and poultry, legumes and pulses. Others are soya bean, nuts and seeds. Milk, yogurt and cheese are good for you. Whole grain cereals, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits shall be included in diet each day. Divide the protein foods as evenly as practical among all meals of the day. If you feel weak and cannot have proper meals a day then you could have small meals at few intervals. And not fill up yourself at one time. Some kind of exercise/yoga is also important to sustain a healthy living.
