Respected sir ,i am really very frustrated I am going to the gym from the last 4-5 months but then also there no improvement in my body ,why does this happen ,i follow proper diet also ,then also there is no result in my body.
Hello, it is a sure sign that your body is getting used to your exercise routine and also, change your exercise pattern like one day aerobics/yoga and go to gym other day, and also include eggs in your diet, and a pre and post workout meal like fruit/oats/milk/corn flakes etc.
The food which you are taking every day is not absorbing whole protein properly due to lots of parasites inside you who are eating food value. So chat with more details.
