Dear Sir/Madam, I am 48 years old female. I have increase in alkaline phosphate levels, it is 110.58. What are the effects of it and what are the medication to be taken. And I even have calcium deficiency also. Kindly suggest what medication to take. Thanks in advance.

Calcuim deficiency might be because of vitaminD 3 deficiency. Get it checked. Slight elevated alkaline phosphate levels are usually considered normal if rest of the liver function tests are normal.
