I am 28 old year .Had endoscopy, esophagus 5 mm size mucosal break seen in distal end .og junction z line 38 cm Dia pic at 40 cm laxity .stomach fundus and body diffuse erythema antrum patchy erythema. biopsy pylori negative. Diagnosis Gr01 grade A la reflux LA 01 lax LES PA01 pan gastritis. Sigmoidoscopy report Anal canal Fissure in ano Ultrasonography report Everything is normal Doctor prescribed me gaviscon ,gat e plus ,enterogermina ,digestive enzymes, paz dn. Still I have pain and tightness while laying down flatly may I know why it cause pain and tightness. Now my sex desire is very low from last four month not firm while erection suddenly become loss strength of penis.
