Hello doctor, I want to know that may do exercise and yoga combine or if I do exercise in morning and yoga in evening so is it good for health. I tell you that I am doing flat tummy exercise daily 1 hours so may do yoga in evening. Please reply me soon.

Hi lybrate-user, I suggest to do alternate day exercise and yoga. It is sufficient to do any physical work of 40-50 minutes a day. If you do more than this, effect will be same but you may be over fatigue after some day.

Dear lybrate user.... doing exercises and yoga together has no harm, only thing is keep ur body properly hydrated and dont miss out a perfect balanced diet. Or u may land up into exhaustion.
