I am pregnant and during this period I had my hands and legs swollen severely and its paining too. How to get rid off this excess swelling? Show me some way and I have the effect of chicken guinea in both my hands which leads to a severe pain in my hands. Please show me proper direction.

Swelling in pregnancy could be because of high BP, or anemia. Or it may be normal/physiological due to pregnancy. You need to find the cause and correct it. Pain in joints following chikangunya is common. Take rest, hydrate well, and take crocin for pain SOS.

Pain, arthralgia of chikengunya lasts weeks to even 6 months at times. If there is no fever increase your fluid uptake. Get bp checked and urine routine microscopic tested to rule out high bp and kidney problem which may also cause body swelling. Restrict salt intake, take calcium supplements
