I want to increase my weight and I eat 4-5 time meals rich protein and do exercise but in my stomach pain will start than how I can reduce the pain of stomach.

frequently eating habit is not good for health it makes your appetite poorer day by day eat twice/ thrice in a day according to your hunger 1/2 strength exercise in morning is benificial not in other time after eating food avoid overeating also which decreses your hunger and decreases your immunity also avoid virrudha food like milkshakes fruitsalads khichadi with milk milk with fruits etc which is very heavy to digest creating lots of problems for more details and medication consult privetly
