Hello Sir/Ma'm, I'm Trimaya and currently residing in Tamil Nadu. I moved here from orissa last year and since then m experiencing massive weight gain. Presently my weight is 90. Being a bachelor m forced to eat outside on working days. Born in orissa, I am habituated to chapathi. But here it is difficult to have chapathi in the lunch hour. Also i'm unable to sleep early or wake up early. Please suggest a diet plan and dos and don'ts so that I can lose weight and be fit to avoid further weight and health related problems. Thank You.
