I am 21 years old andMy mind is not stable. It continuously roaming here and there ,when I wake up in the morning, I feel that I have not slept in the night it feels that I have not sleep. automatically it shifts from various circumstances to other. I think my brain will get blast some day. I have put many efforts to bring it at rest but it never stops, it keeps on changing the various pictures in my mind.

Develop or make use of your thoughts which will help you and others as well. Develop a hobby for yourself which you could do apart from you daily routine, which will make you happy and satisfied. I would suggest that start writing blogs or articles on which you get thoughts it will also improve your writing skills. Try out different things and explore your hidden qualities, travel to places, make friends get into interesting debates and interact with new people.

However I would like to caution you that if your thoughts are getting beyond your control and you are getting excessively anxious due to the various thoughts, you would need to be evaluated in detail and started on appropriate treatment. Two persons might be having a similar state of mind and various thoughts but the one who is able control them can lead his life happily while the one who is not able to control them might need help with therapy or medicines before he can lead his life happily.
