Is eating paneer & butter at night harmful for health?

Hye. Most often no single food will affect you in isolation. Any food should be eaten at the right time and right amount enough as needed by the body. Also foods should be judged not in isolation but as a part of a wholesome diet. So, eating low fat paneer as a source of protein in dinner in moderate amounts of 4 to to 5 pieces as a part of a wholesome diet. Butter if used as a part of the meal and not in excess of the oil or fat already used, it should be fine. Try to keep the consumption of butter to limited amounts of a teaspoon and not on a daily basis as it's high in sodium. In general dinner should be an early meal. A very late dinner can cause indigestion and fat gain, whatever the food. So, be sensible and not restricted in your approach to each meal or diet.

Well if your health goal is to gain weight then I must say you can eat butter and paneer in moderate amount and that too twice or thrice a week and not later than 8: 30 pm but if you are overweight then I would strictly say no. 1 thing you have to understand is that our stomach creates an acid which is called as acid hydrolysis it is like it is being born every day in morning so in morning acid hydrolysis is fresh nd powerful and this is the reason why dietitians advised to have a stomach full breakfast then in afternoon your acid hydrolysis is still there in stomach but less powerful as compared to morning so you should have lunch not very heavy and not very light. Now coming to dinner so after sunset the power of acid hydrolysis is almost nil and many people have a habit of eating heavy dinners and this is the reason they put on weight because the food which is in their stomach turns into fat the entire night. But the good thumb rule is if you are strict with your eating habit, consume high protein diet in breakfast or lunch for best result. Always remember the most important thing is not eating food its digesting the food well, because whatever you eat which ever diet you follow if the food is not digested it will bring disease.
