Have milk and eggs for calcium supplements.

visit a dentist and get the cavity filled. Bleeding gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Drink plenty of water, get your scaling and polishing done, brush twice daily maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. You can go for bleaching or whitening for more white teeth.

Please see a dentist. The cavity. Depending on how deep it is will go for a filling or a root canal treatment and for bleeding gums. A professional cleaning will help!

Cavity is a serious issue and bleeding from is due to periodontitis ,i.e a gum disease and that can be resolve by scaling (cleaning of teeth done by a dentist, I hope this will help u, so please consult a good dentist in your vicinity, Regards

Dear lybrate-user cavities if corrected in early stages can save lot of time and money for you. So find a dentist and correct it. Bleeding is never comed from teeth it comes always from gums so you probably need a good cleaning and polishing of your teeth at dental office. That ideally should reduce your yellowness too.
