Hi I'm a boy I have red colour pimples appearing on my body (chest, shoulders,arms, back) it's really embarrassing to me if some one slightly move my shirt or to exchange shirt in front of anybody even my friends can you please tell me how to get clean body and get rid of such pimples and marks. And some mud patches are accumulating on my body even I have been cleaning them but no result they are increasing so give some tips to how to clean such black mud patches and get rid of such pimples and get clean and neat body.
