take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep,
avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in fridge, fast food, bakery foods.
