Dear Lybrate user, To treat your disease condition needed detail present and past history kindly consult me personally. Kindly follow severl steps to maintain your physicial condition 1) Drink boiled water which can be reduced upto 1/4th. 2) Avoid Spicy and Junk food. Take meal when you feel hungry. 3) Take 5-6 Black rasin daily in morning empty stomch which should be shocked whole night in water. 4) Do regularly 30-35 mins yoga. 5) Avoid use of curd. You can take freshly home made buttermilk in which butter removed. 6) Any stressed circumstance try to relive 7) 1Tsp Yastimadhu powder+Cup of Milk+ Cup of Water boil it reduce whole water and drink it. Same way take Xirpaak twice in day.

dear asiya take juice of petha/ash gourd daily. This is high alkaline food. It will reduce acidity. eat good slowly and chew thoroughly. eat early... and avoid all goods that you know cause acidity. fried.. old.. spicy..cold.. ready.mix...cold drinks; all cause acidity.
