She is 22 year old. She is facing obesity. Since 5-6 yrs. She's trying hard to loose excess weight. She also has irregular periodic cycle and very low blood flow. Plzz help.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take small and frequent meals. Take salad before meals. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid late night dinner and overeating.
