Dear lybrsteuser, - It is better to get your daily protein requirement through natural foods rather than a supplement - foods rich in proteins are eggs, non -veg like seafood, chicken, meats, soyabeans, tofu, soya products, sprouts, milk & milk products like paneer, cheese, butter milk, yogurt, nuts such ad almonds, pistachios peanuts - if you are taking a protein powder the take it in recommended amounts as excess will put strain on kidneys & liver & can cause damage.
