Artificial sweetener like sucralose and aspartame, are they harmful to health? Is there any amount or limit that is safe to consume or we should complete avoid them?

You cannot completely eliminate sweet things from your life as sweet substances add taste to several food items and also supply calories. However sugar is not the only sweet thing available. There are others like honey, jaggery etc and synthetic ones like sucralose and aspartame which are low calorie sweeteners. You can use them instead of sugar in coffee, tea etc. The fact that they are available and sold in the shops means they are not harmful, as otherwise they would have been banned. You can safely use them but in moderation and where needed.
