Dear doctors I am suffering from penile hypospadias. The opening of urine is little bit lower side (generally it remains on the tip). And the penis have a bend. I do not feel a strong erection. I visited a urologist he suggested me for surgery. Is it possible to go for surgery at the age of 30. He also suggested to have some medicine to take a check for erection. Modula 5 mg and Ignitor. I feel strong erection while having the same. But when I do not take the medicine I feel weak erection. Please suggest me what should I do. I have also heard about a association regarding Hypospadias in Navi Mumbai. Is there any? And can they do the needful or successful surgery? Please help. My total testosterone is. 530 and Vitamin B 12 is. 360. Prolactin is 11.26. PSA is .64.
