Hello Sir / Madam I am 26 Year old, and I got rheumatoid arteries. So I got shocked and got so much body pain in my joints. I take complete treatment on it but now what happen my right shoulder get frozen, I can not move hand on upper side of my body from my shoulder. Right now I am doing regular exercise of rotating hands, move hand upward with the help of wall, and more that I got from youtube. But my question is that serious matter or it will get better with the help of exercise. While moving hand upward my whole base of shoulder get upward.

Hello. As we all know there are no such medicine for total cure of rheumatoid arthritis. There are medicine for the control of RA. You can have those medicine to control the effect of RA. That would be better if exercise can help you, you can continue the exercises but also medications. Take medicine after consulting the orthopaedics doctor only. DO exercise as much as you can without any pain.
