Can I take green tea with my gilbert jaundice? I have no liver related problems although I have bilirubin between 1-2.

Dear I am quite excited to know someone with gilbert syndrome. It is quite rare in which there is accumulation indirect bilirubin due to some congenital problem of bilirubin metabolism. However rest assured it is decidedly a benign disease ad as you have said that your bil levels though at present are not high can raise during fasting and or stress. It however requirs no treatment. Please go ahead and have you r cup of green tea, but not in excessive quantities, just a cup a day should be ok.
