Hello, I would like to know the best nutritional supplement in ayurveda for daily consumption. Presently I am using chyavanprash.

Ayurveda never believed to supply nutritions to body. Ayurveda only think about digestion. If your digestion power (not only of stomach, but also all metabolism) is good, high nutritional valued foods will help. If your digestion power is week, dryfruit will also harm. Chyvanprash is the best choice, it will help all season. Other is rasayana churna. Focus on healthy life style. Avoid day sleep. Take hot boiled water whenever you get chance. Eat only 75% of hunger.
