Drinking 2 or 3 ltr of water is good to health! .now a days some doctors saying that is not good to drink to much water. Am confused.

Please note that one should drink water according to his thirst - its simple. You need to take a glass of water after every meal and thereafter when ever you feel thirsty - this is normal.
