My c section of pregnancy was done on 6th August now I want to reduce my weight and tummy. Suggest me fight Ness diet and workouts.

Hi. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Avoid oily and street food. To reduce tummy ,lie down on flat surface raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times. Avoid late night dinner and overeating.
