I'm studying12th I didn't concentrate on my studies I have only 3 months left for my exam, sometime I'm stressed and confused sometimes it gives headache, s some times i'm feeling lonely and sad and want to die without any reason, I want to score more marks but I have only 3 months in my hand please help me and give some motivation to me to score more marks, when I want to study my mind can't co-operate with me, I feel so much stressed please help me to score more marks, I want motivation to score more marks please help me.

Sir, 3 months, plenty of time. Have a time table Sleep is also important Go for short walks 3 to 4 times a day. Take parents or friends help. Combined study with a studious friend will help You can discuss each other for 10 to 15 minutes, after reading each chapter. This will help in retaining what you studied. Marks alone is not important. Effort is important. Do some breathing exercises, 3 times a day Relax for 5 mts every hour studied. Talk to counsellor for any further advice
