I have my girlfriend when ever I meet her I feel like intermet with her all the time after realising I feel about it its not good I couldn't concentrate on studies because of this point is that all the time I think about sex, masturbate,and video which makes me feel embarrassed all the time I want to stop this! Is this psychological problem? Who thinks about the all the time sex please help me how to over come of this problem its affecting my studies please help me I think all the time negative please help me.
