Diabetes is a disease that needs constant monitoring. See your nearest physician and show your fasting and post meal test results to him/her every month.

Hello you need to increase diabetic medicine dosage to control blood sugars & to bring hba1c less than 7. To begin with you can make it gemer 2 mg before breakfast. But, ideally you should visit endocrinologist/diabetologist for dose adjustment.
