I am 37 years male. Weight 86 kgs. Height 5" 10. Does regular exercise. Diet is not much high content in protein. May be I am taking around 30-35 grams of protein everyday in normal food. I am planning to take oxandrolone 10 mg tablets for around 8 weeks for muscle and strength building. I plan to take 30 mg daily. As a doctor can you help me on this? Will oxandrolone help me to build muscles and are there any major side effects of it. Please help.
