Due to long sitting work, muscles become tense and causing pain and some time due to vitamin d3 deficiency also causes the pain.
So first of all do some stretching and twisting exercises at home and some time at office work.
Go for vitamin d3 blood test and take medicine if it is deficient.
It could be posture related
Adopt right posture while sitting
