She have acidity since 1 month. She is very suffer from it. So tell me the precaution?

Acidity continuously for so many days indicate impaired digestive system. This most of the times happens because of eating irregulalry, not eating for long duration, or eating more spicy or oily food stuffs. Another factor is slow movement of food through digestive tract. Mostly people specially ladies, get up in morning say 6 am and do not have anything proper to eat for long duration like up till 9 or 10 am because they are preparing their husband and children for office and school/college. This is really bad and mostly people will have 2-3 cups of tea that aggravates the problem further. I will advise you the following: 1. Have 1-2 glass of water on waking up. 2. Go for a short to moderate walk from 20-30 min. 3. Do not have tea empty stomach, have some water before tea and have some biscuits with tea. 4. Do not remain hungry for more than two hours, you can have any fruit or home made preparation but should not be spicy or oily. 5. Have dinner atleast one hour before bed time. 6. Have more of salads. 7. Avoid over eating. All these things will help you in improving your digestive power and will avoid complications of these symptoms like peptic ulcer or persistent heart burn etc. You can also have liquid antacid like gelusil or digeine in case you feel discomfort have it within prescribed dosage. Do not have medicines like rabprazole etc on your own. please go for morning and evening walks.

Avoid those food that are artificially flavoured, refined food, and highly spicy and oily food. Have more of fruits and vegetables .Drink warm water an hour befor food. Do not sleep immediately after consuming food. Keep walking for some time after food.

When the acidity persists for a month you must get USG done to rule out gall bladder stones. Take frequent meals, cold milk, bland diet and plenty of fluid orally.

No biscuits,no backery products,no outside oily spicy food... Sufficient water 2-3 litres/day & apple a day will reduce acidity problem soon.

Avoid late eating, junk and oily foods consume 2liters of water as soon as you wake up. Add plain curd to your lunch. Do not consume hot milk before sleep. Sleep well and reduce stress.
