Give a dose of Lycopodium 200 between 4-5 PM. Then from next day start Acid Phos Q 5 drops in 1/4 Cup lukewarm water 30 minutes after the meals.

applying sunscreens for long terms is not advisable, it bocks ultraviolet rays and also close down your skin pores, using it at night is futile either way.
