I believe I have PE. Do not have a very active sex life but the last time it happened it was less than a minute. I have had more sex under alcohol influence. I masturbate often. Like 2-3 times a week over porn which I recently stopped watching. I'm concerned about this in long run. Please help. I have also been searching for kegel exercises if you can suggest some remedies over that or any medication.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water.
