I have a problem related with sex. My age is 23 completed. Firstly I have a problem that before I do sex my sperm is fall out. I try to done sex but just start kissing and touching my sperm is filled and I am unable to intimated. Secondly, my penis is not so large and also dnt have such thickness and the skin of my penis is covered the top part of my penis. I am so much depressed for this. I usually doing workoualso how can I get out from such situation.

Your problem is called as Premature ejaculations. Kegel exercise will very helpful. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Walk daily. I have treated number of patients successfully. For effective treatment medicines and counseling is necessary.
