I have previously constipation problem from last 8-10 years now a days no constipation. Bowl motion once a day but motion was normal cum watery in.

Please Take plenty of water daily Take salads and fruits more Take vegetables juices and soups regularly Avoid maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Have a habit of walking daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take Cap triphala by Himalaya 2.caps once daily, regularly, It will work as a rasayan also.
